RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Grillz are not eligible for return or exchange. Once purchased, all sales are final. 

DAMAGE OR LOSS

We are not responsible for any damages or losses to grillz after they have been purchased. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly care for and maintain their grillz. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Grillz are not recommended for individuals with sensitive teeth or gums or for those who have difficulty keeping them clean. It is the responsibility of the customer to consult with a dental professional before wearing grillz. By wearing grillz, you acknowledge and accept that they can cause discomfort, irritation, or other complications if not properly fitted or cared for. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the longevity and quality of your grillz, please follow these instructions: 

• Avoid eating or drinking liquids that are not water while wearing your grillz, as it may cause damage to the metal. 

• Clean your grillz with boiled soap and water only. Do not use abrasive or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or material.

• Avoid smoking while wearing your grillz, as it may cause staining or other damage to the material.

DENTAL WORK OR ALTERATIONS

Any dental work or alterations to your teeth following the initial consultation must be discussed with us. A new mould-up may be required to ensure proper fit and comfort. We are not responsible for fitting issues due to alterations made after the initial consultation. 

JEWELS AND GEMSTONES

If your grillz include any jewels or gemstones, please note that we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or swallowed gems. This includes any damage that occurs due to mishandling, wear and tear, or any incident, such as swallowing the stones. It is your responsibility to ensure proper care and handling of grillz that contain jewels or gemstones. 

PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

The total price of your grillz will be discussed during the consultation and mould-up appointment. A 50% deposit is required on the consultation day, to be paid by cash or e-transfer. The remaining 50% is due on pick-up day. The piece will not be started or delivered unless the payment terms are fully met. The full price will be confirmed on the consultation/mould-up day, and no work will commence without a signed agreement and deposit payment. 

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing this agreement. By paying and signing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all terms and conditions, and agree to receive the grillz piece as discussed. No refund will be issued for deposits once paid, regardless of any changes or cancellations. 

LIABILITY

By purchasing grillz from us, you acknowledge that you have received, read, and understood the risks and potential complications associated with wearing grillz. You agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their use, including any injury, discomfort, or damage that may occur. 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing, signed by both parties. 

FOOTNOTES

Safety: Always ensure that your grillz are properly fitted to avoid discomfort or potential harm. If any irritation or discomfort occurs while wearing grillz, remove them immediately and consult with a dental professional. 

Health: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their teeth and gums are in a healthy condition before wearing grillz. If you have any concerns about the fit or any issues with your dental health, please consult a dentist before purchasing grillz. 

Financial: Payment terms are set to ensure that both parties are clear on the financial aspects of the purchase. If the customer does not meet the agreed-upon payment terms, no product will be started or released. Please make sure you are comfortable with the pricing before proceeding with the consultation and deposit. 

BY PROCEEDING WITH A PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
